To advocate for the best possible economic, social, and working conditions for our members, while promoting equity, respect, and strong public services through solidarity.

Since 1978, the Mount Royal Staff Association has represented the diverse staff community at Mount Royal University. We focus on securing fair working conditions, fostering equity, and ensuring staff voices are heard in university decisions. Our members include a wide range of roles essential to the university’s daily operations and success.
